This is an exciting International Engineering Program offered here at the UConn School of Engineering in conjunction with the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Students in this program will receive a degree in Engineering and a degree in Spanish. The participants will spend their 4th year in Valencia, Spain studying in the first half of the year at Polytechnic University of Valencia and second half of the year in an internship in Spain. Most students will stay in the same housing for the full year. However, depending on the location of the internship in Spain, students may need to relocate to another city.
The award recognizes faculty members who have demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and service, and is the highest honor UConn bestows on it . . .
